Alejandra Cespedes recently joined Eastern Insuring Agency in 2024 as a dedicated Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, Alejandra is passionate about communication and helping clients feel understood and supported. With a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting, she brings a unique skill set, having previously translated various modules for the Education 4 Justice initiative by the United Nations Office against Drugs and Crime.
Alejandra’s empathetic nature and active listening skills make her a perfect fit for working with commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. She enjoys the dynamic and fast-paced environment of insurance, where each day offers new challenges and opportunities to assist her clients.
Outside of her professional role, Alejandra is a lover of live music and international gymnastics, and she cherishes spending time with her two dogs, Mia and Toño. She’s also a devoted Taylor Swift fan, having traveled internationally to attend Swift's concerts.
